This hotel is absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived until we left kicking and screaming (didn't want to leave) Truly a magical place to stay.

This was an incredible experience, we enjoyed our stay, celebrated my 50th birthday and couldn’t ask for anything better, the staff and service are excellent. They spoiled us and we had the best time. Big thanks to Federico the manager who was above and beyond, Jose , the tour guy, the cleaning staff. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. The top of the cherry was meeting the Michelin chef Jose Solis , also the hotel concept is very unique.

It was a good experience there, but when I check out the front desk personnel forgot to refund my credit card hold for the $300 and it was last December and then I asked them to refund it on January and now it’s May and I still haven’t hear back and they leave me on read only which I believe this is a fraud! Please be aware!!!

Our stay at Paradero in Todos Santos was one of the best travel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t leave the property once during our stay. The grounds were impeccable, peaceful, and beautifully designed, with so many great areas to relax and unwind. Our room was incredible — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with a rooftop view of the sunset every evening. The pool area was amazing as well, with lots of seating options, attentive staff for drinks and snacks, perfect water temperature, and a great balance of sun and shade throughout the day. The daily programming really elevated the experience. We loved the breathwork and meditation class, and Dani especially enjoyed the farm class. Tenoch exceeded expectations every single meal. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner there throughout our stay and everything was outstanding. The staff knew the menu inside and out, answered every question we had, and the portions felt just right. What made the stay truly special though was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. Even check-out was seamless — our bags were loaded into the car while we checked out, and they even had the AC running for us before we left. We’re already talking about when we can come back.

Beautiful property, service was lacking. Not worth the price IMO.

Everything was great, really cool. Except one thing. They play with the exchange rate always in their favor. Prices might be in dollars or pesos (come on, is Mexico!!!!) and they use and abuse the exchange rate. That´s not elegant.

The property is very beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. My only and large complaint is that I was told the pool heater was under repair and not currently working but according to two separate friends who had been before, they were told the same. So it appears the pool is not heated at all and the jacuzzi has not worked as well and that is something that should be listed or made aware of. The property is in a desolate area and there is not a lot to do unless you will be driving. For me the point of a hotel like that is to escape and get away and not go anywhere and it should be listed that a large amenity like that is not working or disclose it’s not a heated pool. In addition there was a hole along the pool wall where a light was taken out and not replaced where I placed my foot while in the pool and I could have cut myself badly. Fortunately the metal object did not break my skin even though it was very sharp and did hurt a lot.

Enjoyed our stay. Great service, great food, and comfortable rooms. Very cool architecturally and in May still nice temperatures not too hot but not extremely busy so extra quiet.
