I stayed during the heatwave, and it was a very last minute booking. Unfortunately, the hotel air-con system wasn't working, but they accommodated me with an upper-floor room where I could open the windows and provided me with a fan, so it wasn't that bad.
The room was clean and spacious.
I checked in very late, I called to warn them, and that was no issue at all. The staff was really nice. They provided free water bottles. The room had a mini-fridge.
Well located with tram and metro at its feet. Restaurants, shops, ATM... Not too noisy for the location, even with the windows open overnight.
