We stayed at Luxe for 6 days, and the staff were very kind.
We had asked for an early check-in, and they obliged by giving us a deluxe room. This is a boutique hotel, and though small, it's well-kept. A water filter can be found on every floor to reduce the need to purchase plastic water bottles.
The only con here is that one of the staff members was always on my face, never smiled, as if he was annoyed. On our last day, while waiting for our taxi, which took a bit because it was raining, he asked another staff member when we were leaving, since we'd been loitering in the lobby. He didn't know that I understood Cantonese. Oh well!
