Writing this review I feel really torn between my gratitude for the great and friendly staff, on one side, and the general offer at the hotel.
I felt marketing this hotel as a 4-star was a huge exaggeration (let's say there was far more than one star difference between this hotel and Shangri'la !). Furniture was originating from well into the 1980s, no room service, and dozens of missing small amenities that make a difference between a dormitory and an upper business tier hotel. This particular venue was a solid 2 stars by most European or North American conventions.
Having said that, it was clean, staff was courteous, and I had no unpleasant incident. And again, very kind and helpful staff whom I wanted to thank for all their care.
