Ok… My fault I did not understand how tiny the room would be. I have been using Hilton for decades and never a problem. It reminds me of a Japanese quick hotel. The shower opens into the room and well as the toilet room. The sink is in the main room with a clothing rack to the side of it. There is a tiny fridge and a small safe. No closet no storage bed against the wall so if there are two people ha ha climb over to off bed no desk a small ottoman like cot and a tiny table that is immediately under the tv so you sit on bed to watch tv or do something on the desk table thing. Awesome location for Broadway and times square and getting around via bus and train. Across the street from Hard rock hotel and adjacent to a hilton home2 suites which looks like its going through remodeling..I will stay there next time. The food in cafe was over priced but thats a theme with the area… I did not enjoy my breakfast. However the staff was nice. The gym was very nice and again location location location

A great find in packed midtown location. But, i didn’t mind it at all because the F train downtown is a corner away. My first time in a Motto property and it didn’t disappoint. Aside from a sleek design, staff were wonderful and accommodating. And yes, the minimal destination fee gives you more like a $10 F and B credit at the coffee shop daily and ij the bar / restaurant. Wish there was an on site gym but perhaps in other cities. Will be back to stay at Motto again. Keep it up !

The location is excellent if you're visiting as a tourist. The room was very small but clean, and the size was clearly stated when I made the booking, so I have no complaints about that. My biggest issue was the bathroom. It was literally inside the room. The shower cabin was placed in the room itself, and right next to it was the toilet with only a sliding shower-style glass door for privacy. Throughout our entire stay, we preferred using the toilet at the reception downstairs because we felt uncomfortable using the one in the room.

The staff are very helpful and professional and ty r location is great. However, I was disappointed by the room size. I was a solo traveler and was very taken aback by the compact size room, no walls separating the shower and toilet. The air conditioning was loud and I can hear my next door neighbors.

The room was cozy, inviting, and very warm in its design. Its convenience is worth mentioning as well, as it is located right in the heart of Times Square. Staff was very helpful, and provided the best service they could during my stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore from a central area in Manhattan.

Nice and clean

The room is small but perfect for a solo traveller. Both the bar and the restaurant were amazing, service and staff were very nice. The location is perfect, about a 5 min walk from times square and Broadway.
