:** Poor hygiene standards, not up to Radisson Blu quality
Staff were friendly and helpful, but that was the only highlight. The bathroom tub had visible mould around the sealant, and all three of us in our party ended up with bites — likely bed bugs or mosquitoes — from the room. The breakfast area was messy and felt unhygienic throughout our stay.
Having recently stayed at another Radisson Blu, I expected a much higher standard, especially given what we paid plus extras. Room and breakfast let the whole stay down.
