The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Very spacious and comfortable room.

While staying at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - MGallery, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very central area with just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring Brussels extremely convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. We were especially appreciative that they were able to provide a crib for our 1-year-old during our stay, which made traveling with a baby much more comfortable for us. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant onsite. The food was amazing and the service was just as impressive — every staff member we interacted with was attentive, professional, and friendly. The breakfast each morning was also excellent and incredibly convenient before heading out for the day. The hotel’s garden area was also a nice surprise. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and added such a relaxing atmosphere to the property. We only wish we had a room overlooking the garden so we could have woken up to that view every morning. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. 10/10 — we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brussels. We’re already looking forward to our next trip and will absolutely be staying here again.

The hotel is lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to acknowledge staff member, Eglantine, who was so welcoming and helpful with any requests we had. Really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great and room was nice

The room was quite warm and the temperature could not be reduced. The t.v. is old and limited English speaking channels and no Chrome cast available to stream netflix etc.

Hotel was in perfect location with high-end shopping all around it and also regular shopping just down the street. Amazing top restaurants just around the corner and this hotel is in great location to get to places you want to explore within the city. Staff was very friendly, hotel room was large and the shower was really nice with. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Highly recommend.
