We had a wonderful stay at GLK Premier Regency Suites & Spa and would gladly stay here again.
What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to help, from the front desk team to the ladies preparing breakfast and the staff who cared for our room each day. They truly care about their guests, and it shows in the way they operate.
The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Istanbul’s historic sites on foot. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious, very clean, and comfortable for our family. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated after long days of sightseeing.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. While it is not a large buffet, there was a nice variety of options, and they would even prepare eggs to order.
We also appreciated the kindness shown when we arrived early in the morning after our flight. Since a room happened to be available, they allowed us to check in right away, which made a huge difference after a long journey. We were happy to pay for breakfast that morning since it was before our official check-in.
Thank you to the entire team for helping make our first visit to Istanbul such a memorable experience. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
