Had a wonderful stay at hotel. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Really enjoyed the daily drinks provided to guests.
Housekeeping lady did a great job of cleaning the room.
Room was spacious although pretty cold even when I increase temp to 23 degrees in the night. Shower was slightly low in pressure - maybe because we were on the higher floors??? I didn’t bother to report that the Safe didnt work too.
Although the hotel is right smack within Lee Gardens Night Market. No sound or noise can be heard from the busy streets outside.

The staff is excellent. Methee helps me to book grab to airport. He keeps to the timing and very helpful. He even helps me to keep my luggage in centara fr cny to 27th May cos at that time my luggage was over weight. The staff is exceptional helpful. 👏

Location is ideal with eateries within walking distance and a night market just downstairs. Service is also top notch. However, the room facilities are quite dated, the cabinet doors are creaky, the sink tap and shower tap are stiff and hard to maneuver. The bath tub is narrow and is quite dangerous when standing in it to shower.

Fantástico Room is clean though dated. Breakfast has many choices, staffs are polite and helpful. Many shopping area around and night market is just downstairs

I have a great stay. Staff is helpful and hard working.I use to stay there when Im in hadyai. 1 issue faced during this trip is the water. Very rusty smell when turn on the shower to bath. The basin water also have a lot of clorine. When I wash my face the water went into my eyes. Stinging sensation.
