Fantástico The hotel is in a great location and is walking distance to the train station. Staff was amazing. The rooms are nice, clean and very spacious. Breakfast was quite good.

The hotel was excellent, the room spacious and clean. I had breakfast included which was perfect to start my day
Big thank you for Muhammed for allowing me to check in 2 hours earlier, i had arrived 6am into Tashkent and he could see i was falling asleep in the reception area.
Whilst i feel some of the photos do not accurately reflect the hotel, the room fridge did not seem to work, and i was unable to locate the terrace, these are negligible points in comparison to a well serviced hotel. Thank you team!

The hotel description was completely misleading. It said the property is 3 minutes away by car from the airport, but in reality it was about 20 minutes even without traffic. They also claimed to offer a free shuttle service, but there was no shuttle at all.
The room looked nothing like the pictures — it was very small and outdated. The breakfast was not fresh, my mom couldn’t even eat and had to leave hungry for the airport.
On top of that, the staff were not welcoming or helpful. Definitely not the experience we expected based on the online description. I would not recommend this hotel.

Estupendo Great stuff, polite, ready to help. Close to North Railroad station which is very convenient for travelers. Clean rooms, but very thin walls between them. You can easily hear everything from next one.
