The hotel is in a lovely area of Paris, and it’s a charming, quaint property. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay.
My only disappointment was that the room wasn’t quite what I expected based on the photos. We had booked a Junior Suite, and the images showed features like a fireplace and a sitting area with a couch, but our room didn’t include those. The staff explained that they have several different styles of Junior Suites, and unfortunately no other rooms were available.
That said, we had just arrived from Las Vegas and were only staying for one night, so we were far too tired to make an issue of it. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept very well.
I would happily stay here again, but next time I would contact the hotel in advance to confirm the specific style of room I’d be receiving.
