I was told to to bring government issued ID. When I showed them my driver's license (which matches the name on the booking), they refused to check me in unless I had my physical passport. I told them I've left it at home and I don't walk around Cairo with my passport for the risk of losing it. They ended up denying my stay. Expedia didn't even refund me yet. They said they'll "request" a refund from the hotel. So I was left stranded by both parties and left without a refund thus far.

V good breakfast

Did not eat breakfast. We left the next morning and want refund for second night. The place was not livable.

I enjoyed the breakfast menu. Lots of fresh items and delicious coffee.

Cairo World Trade Center Hotel & Residences is an exceptional property, beautifully situated along the Nile River. Our suite was spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, offering a breathtaking view of the river. The hotel provided a strong sense of safety and comfort, and the staff was highly professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring a truly enjoyable stay.

Amentities and perfect location

Too old hotel. It was interesting to see. It must be a great place long time ago but with no renovation, facilities go down. Staff was nice but time to renovate. Maybe it is the case for entire Cairo. View from the balcony was great. Breakfast was fine.

The property is incorrectly rates as 4 star. This property is 2.5 star. There are no recent renovations atleast is last 10 years. Please update the listing accordingly. Very disappointing.
