Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Punta Pacifica from the time we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome from Josias. You can tell that he loved his job and he executed it well. Josias answered any questions that we had. The cleanliness was rated on the top priority of this hotel, we were very impressed by how clean it was for our entire stay. Our room was exactly as was advertised, it was very impressive, every single detail was executed. Special thanks to the house keeping department who kept our room clean and made it looked like our first night every single time! Let's talk about how pleasant the staff were at breakfast especially the ones greeting you each morning with cheerful and jovial energy. We loved how the breakfast menu was rotated and each day we were granted with a few new options. We were also impressed with the swift service and tasty food at the Fontanella Restaurant.
