Hotel was fine but overcrowded, busy, and loud. Some outdoor seating would be nice. Convenient location near HBF. Not many restaurants nearby besides those in the train station. Worth the money and would stay there again. Just those things come to mind.

Staff and breakfast were great.

They need to clean the carpets. The breakfast is well worth the extra fee. The staff are very friendly. I do recommend this hotel. The price is good, and we have enjoyed our stay.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable room. I liked the fact they informed you the room would not be cleaned until after the third night. Early check-in 12.30pm also appreciated.

Fabulous hotel close to the train station and easy access to the sights of Hamburg. Very clean, with friendly staff. Would stay again 10 out of 10

The price I paid for a room and breakfast was about £73 per night which I thought was excellent value for money. The bedroom was rather basic but it did include a king sized bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom facilities were rather cramped but did include a walk-in shower. The hotel itself was away from SBahn and UBahn stations but they were walkable. The number 3 bus however gave easy travel from the Hauptbahnhof, although the stop was not easy to locate, to the hotel. As the hotel was in a one way street the return stop into the city centre was in the next road but easily located. Breakfast was the usual self service. There was no restaurant for other meals but there were self-service facilities to purchase food and drinks. However the sandwiches did run out. So I would describe this more as a snack service. However there were many eating establishments in the city centre.

The room had a really cool design and was very clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

close to central station, bus stops, shopping...very clean, easy to check in and out. room is simple but bed is comfortable. great stay.

Budget hotel chain on edge of Hamburg city centre. Absolutely perfect considering the price we paid, and the underfloor heating couldn't be faulted! (Also unexpected!) Great value for money considering location (10min walk to Steinstraße UBahn) and directly by the Number 3 bus which is every 10mins. Definitely recommended for anyone travelling on a budget.
