Stay was great! Our room was cleaned daily and cleaning was spot on. Comment on cleaning agent: please make sure to use a cleaning agent in the bathroom that has no strong odor, it was too strong which triggered our allergic rhinits. Breakfast was ok, it changed everyday but, what we noticed is that there were other guests using their hands and using service spoon of other food to pick up food items. Please be strict and make sure someone is assisting by the buffet area for hygiene purposes. Our overall nonetheless was great! would still stay here in our next visit! Also, receiving staff by the check in counter could be NICER. :)

the room is clean they change the towel everyday, the staffs were easy to talk to specially when we lost the stuff toy of my son they coordinated it efficiently.

hotel location: APerfect place to stay in Singapore. Just 5 mins walk going to Arab Street, near Bugis Street, India street and china town street. We just also walk from merlion park going back to the hotel.

Hotel Mi Bencoolen was the perfect accommodation in Singapore due to its proximity to all essential tourist spots. Service was excellent and the room was cleaned well upon request. Will definitely stay here again in the next opportunity.

The hotel is brand new super beautiful resort surounded by greenery view. The location near mandai zoo, river safari, night safari, bird paradise and rainforest wildlife asia. The room was good, comfortable and we got birthday cake complimentary. The kids club is good and chargeable ($10/person). The gift shop was nice and the staff also kind and friendly. The breakfast is so so. I will comeback again to this hotel soon.

Located just 1 minute from Rochor Station, it's close to Bugis Street (where you can buy cheap fruit in the morning), Little India (where you can buy cheap lights etc. at Mustafa Centre, and the Sam Dim Sum dim sum is delicious), you can walk to Arab Street, and Chinatown is also nearby. It's very comfortable to use alone, and the staff are friendly. But I'm disappointed that there was dust in visible places, like on top of the refrigerator and on top of the clothes rack ㅠ. There were no bed bugs. I enjoyed using the swimming pool.

I stayed here with my husband and my mom, and I’m really thankful that the hotel can accommodate three adults in one room — many other places require two rooms for three adults, which wouldn’t have been possible for us. This is still a budget hotel, so don’t expect too many amenities, but we had a decent and peaceful stay without any issues. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily without us having to request it. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, though it's not open 24 hours. Thankfully, there’s another 24-hour branch just a few meters away. A bus stop is located right in front of the hotel, but only two bus numbers stop there, and unfortunately, they didn’t align well with most of our destinations. Bugis Street and Bugis Junction are just a short walk away, which was convenient. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option that covers the basics.

this is strategically located in the middle of Bugis. 8min walk from MRT Station, 2-3min walk to diff bus stops that you might need going to important places in SG. Towels were changed everyday and rooms were kept clean. Irene in the frontdesk was also helpful and gracious helping us checking in. Even upgraded us to a family room (bigger room) when she noticed we had a lot of baggage. Overall, i was super satisfied with my stay.
