Although it requires driving to get there, it's truly one of the top choices for family-friendly hotels. It has complete family facilities, including a pool, playground, and more. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good for sleeping, and the breakfast is delicious. There's nothing to complain about.

The hotel is centrally located, and parking is relatively convenient, though you'll have to pay out of pocket (around $380 NTD for one night, parking calculated until the next day). Hmm... The hotel uses automated check-in, but there are still staff available (we were able to borrow umbrellas when it rained that day). We stayed in a double room, which was quite spacious. The bathroom is a bit outdated (but I'm happy as long as there's a bathtub), but it's clean and tidy. The street view from the window is lovely. My only minor point is that the room is quite large, so why is the TV so small? Just a personal opinion, haha. Overall, the price of just over a thousand NTD makes it a pretty good value for money.

Overall, the experience of staying at the Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu - Metropolitan was pretty good when booked through Klook. Compared to the Lakeshore Hotel Tainan, the room type and breakfast scale are slightly smaller, but the hotel is located in the city center, making transportation and access to amenities very convenient. The buffet breakfast was generally good, but it's a bit of a shame that it's only served until 10:00 AM and there's no beef soup available. There were a lot of people during the stay, and the underground parking lot easily gets full, requiring parking at a partner parking lot, which is something to be aware of.

The location is good, and it's confirmed that there's no parking lot, but the room rate is reasonable, and the space is surprisingly spacious. Although you can tell it's an older hotel, it's cleaned very well 👍. Also, the breakfast is very surprising, with many choices and decent flavor. They even serve green smoothies! It's a hotel I'll definitely visit again.

El personal de recepción ofrece un excelente servicio. Como necesitaba ir al aeropuerto de madrugada, planteé algunas preguntas y el personal de recepción fue muy paciente al discutirlo conmigo. Además, este hotel también puede organizar traslados al aeropuerto. La habitación es pequeña, ordenada y cómoda, lo único que me pareció es que el escalón del baño es demasiado alto, lo cual no es muy conveniente. En general, todo es genial.

El desayuno buffet ofrece mucha variedad y está muy bueno. El personal es muy amable y el servicio es excelente 👍. Si llegas temprano, puedes dejar el equipaje y subir con los niños a la zona de juegos infantil, ¡donde se lo pasarán en grande! Se duerme genial por la noche. La insonorización es un poco deficiente, se oyen a los niños del piso de arriba saltando mientras duermes.

En general, el hotel es excelente y el ambiente está súper limpio. Aunque el check-in se complicó por un problema con la reserva de Klook, la orden fue transferida pero no se le dio el código de transferencia al hotel. El servicio al cliente de Klook tardó media hora en resolverlo, pero la señorita de la recepción fue muy paciente y ayudó a solucionarlo. Su actitud de servicio fue muy buena 👍

The sound insulation is a little lacking, and the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the maintenance is decent. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub, but the floor can be slippery when wet. The parking lot is mechanized, and the staff are professional in providing guidance. The front desk staff are also very friendly. The kids loved the swimming pool; it would be even better if children's play facilities could be added. The hotel is located a little far from the lively areas.

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The TV even had movies available to watch🤩. Overall, it beats a lot of five-star hotels. I have no complaints, the only minor drawback is the slightly remote location😅.
