Cosas que hacer en Bahía de Bai Tu Long

The trip starts with a clean, big limousine bus (seated approx 8 people) which picked us up from our hotel (arrived at 6:55am for a 7:00am start - very punctual). Ride provided bottled water and stopped for breakfast about 1.5 hours into the trip (breakfast at your own cost). Once we arrived at the port, we were welcomed on board by a number of friendly staff. We wasted no time getting into the buffet lunch which was 10/10 (sushi/cheese boards/curries/pho/fruit/desserts etc). Each table included the flag of your home country which was a great touch. After lunch, we hopped onto smaller boats and went adventuring (caves/kayaking) which was all included in the price. We then returned onto the cruise to enjoy an afternoon by the very impressive pool with a DJ!! This was then followed up by a live act, who played while we ate more free canapés around the pool. This trip was definitely value for money and we would recommend it to anyone :)

A great experience taking the Cozy Bay Cruise to Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay is a good place to visit. Special thanks to our tour guide Tea, who is enthusiastic and took care of everything, ranging from buffet to the tour itself.

We had a rocky start due to being given an upgrade last minute and having to arrange transport to new harbor location. But I was extremely impressed with the whole experience once on the cruise boat. Food was good and they catered for my vegetarian diet with a good range of dishes. Our server An was the sweetest and very attentive to our food and drink needs. The happy hour cocktails went down a treat and the views were breathtaking despite it being a little overcast. Highly enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

Just went on the tour and it was a great experience. Our tour guide, Tea, was very engaging and knowledgeable. As a solo traveller, he helped take photos for me and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. I highly recommend the speed boat ride—it was definitely a highlight. The whole crew was very welcoming and made the trip even better

Cozy Bay Cruise in Ha Long Bay was one of the highlights of our trip. Our driver, Thin, picked us up right on time and drove very carefully making the journey comfortable and stress-free. Our tour guide, Long, was fantastic, very fun, friendly, knowledgeable and has great sense of humor. He kept everyone entertained and made the whole tour more enjoyable. All the staff on the cruise were warm, welcoming, and attentive. You can really feel their great hospitality. The itinerary was well organized and everything ran smoothly and on time so we were able to enjoy every activity without feeling rushed. Hotel pickup in the morning was very convenient. When returning to Hanoi, they can drop you back at your hotel or wherever you were picked up and they are flexible with drop-off points along the way. In our case, they kindly dropped us at Bún Chả Đắc Kim where we planned to have dinner, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended! We would definitely book Cozy Bay again when we come back.
