We had a good stay at this accomodation. The staff were accomodating and always ready to assist and the room we stayed in had enough space. The price was also reasonable! We arrived at about 1 a.m. and we were able to check in smoothly. The location was not on a busy street, so it was quiet in the evening which we liked. It's located along the Sarawak River and other touristy areas are easily accessible. You can book a Grab car or walk to nearby sights. The accomodation just need to update some of their in-room essential amenities. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and will still consider it for our next vacation there.

very nice hotel, nearby there's mcd. room is spacious but one thing I don't like is that there's no carpet, it's tiles so maybe it's a little bit cold. breakfast wise is good, varieties of choices

El registro de entrada estaba programado para las 15:00, pero mi familia llegó a las 15:20. Nos informaron de que la habitación aún no estaba lista. Finalmente, a las 15:30, recibieron una llamada y pudieron conseguir una habitación. En este aspecto, tienen que mejorar. Es comprensible que sean vacaciones escolares. Sin embargo, la hora de salida ya es a las 15:00, lo cual es bastante tarde. Posponer esto mientras que la salida es a las 12:00 del mediodía no es lo ideal.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub which we really liked. However, the room and bathroom were quite dusty, it felt like it hadn’t been used for a while. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve on cleanliness. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay, especially the receptionist who assisted us patiently. The hotel is currently under renovation, so some facilities are unavailable, the pool was closed, but they offered access to Hilton’s pool instead, which was a nice gesture. Most of the restaurants were also closed due to renovation, but breakfast was temporarily served at Level 22. There were plenty of choices and the food was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a decent stay with good service, but I hope the cleanliness and renovation issues will be improved soon. cleanliness: 3/5 hotel location: 5/5 breakfast: 4/5

so far quite spacious, air cond super cold, there is heater as well and amneties is provided. the problem is the lights inside the room, quite dim
