Overall was good however need to improve the washroom/toilet as it looks dirty a bit and slippery.

This hotel is very good, great for bringing kids to swim in the pool. So far, it's okay. The place is beautiful, and the staff's service is friendly and good.

Great resort with privacy as it is away from all the night life of in the island. Very different vibes from long beach area. Overall a nice resort. However the facilities & rooms are worn out.

The swimming pool with a view is definitely the best. The room could maybe be improved. Will still repeat again, God willing.

First time staying at the Seri Malaysia Hotel Kuala Terengganu, satisfied with the room, just the breakfast didn't have many options, check-in procedures were all easy.
