It was a great experience, from strawberry picking to Kawah Putih, deer conservation, ranca upas. Driver/tour guide was friendly. 10/10

Yusuff, the guide, and the tour itself are excellent! I used it in November 2025. I booked through Klook the day before, and they picked me up from the hotel lobby on time that morning. This tour is a private tour where the driver acts as a guide, taking you around several tourist spots. Yusuff was fluent in English, had a strong love for Bandung, and was a very kind person. The first place we visited, the Tangkuban Perahu crater, was magnificent and very impressive compared to Aso and Hakone. The next place we visited, the strawberry farm, didn't have many fruits because it was out of season, but it was still relaxing. After that, when we requested the "Lembang Park & Zoo," which was not on the tour list, Yusuff was flexible and accommodated us. At the zoo, we were able to see tigers, birds, peacocks, and various other animals unique to Indonesia and the tropics up close. On the way back to the hotel, Yusuff told me that "Braga Street is recommended," so I was able to enjoy Bandung's nightlife after the tour. Booking this private tour on Klook was the right decision. Fue extremadamente atento a los detalles y genuinamente considerado con las necesidades de nuestra familia, especialmente con nuestros hijos. Se tomó el tiempo de entender nuestro ritmo y se aseguró de que el itinerario fuera cómodo y agradable para todos. Aunque nos perdimos el amanecer debido a la niebla, Ega se mantuvo positivo e hizo que el resto del día fuera realmente memorable. Nuestros hijos se lo pasaron de maravilla en el mercado flotante y en la cascada del arco iris, lo que compensó con creces. Amable, complaciente y conocedor, Ega compartió información útil sobre Bandung durante todo el viaje. Con mucho gusto lo contrataríamos de nuevo.

Guia Bandung Hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay in Bandung 🌿 I stayed in a twin bed garden view room, which was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The hotel has complete facilities including a swimming pool, gym, spa, table tennis, koi pond, kids’ area, and beautiful garden spaces. A unique highlight is the “Hallo Hallo Bandung” event every Saturday, where guests can enjoy various local snacks (jajanan lokal) using coins (IDR 25,000 per coin, plus 2 free coins). Breakfast was varied with local and Western options and tasted good. Highly recommended for families, couples, or a relaxing getaway in Bandung.

nice hotel especially with the kids. they accomodate my special requests altho we have to wait. was hoping they already prepared as i kept updating we are on our way etc. kids want to swim everyday on the man made beach and its heated pool too. connected to the mall easy to find food eventho you dont have any meal there although the breakfast spread was great! they got everything and affordable for walk in too.staff during checkin and checkout wered friendly and also around the hotel:) view of the mountain was also amazing! recommended

room clean ! view excellent ! location in the center of Bandung, i can go for running just on rhe running field outside the hotel

Very convenient to be attached to the mall and theme park. The only thing lacking is the area outside the hotel is not very good for walking around. You need a car to drive to somewhere of interest. But the hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY NEAR WITH THE BRGA STREET. RECOMMEDED.
