Booking guidelines
- The eSIM virtual SIM card does not support card locking machines, tablets, telecom operators’ customized machines, network sharers, and mobile phones from China, Hong Kong and Macao.
- Before purchasing, please confirm whether the device using the plan supports the eSIM function (some mobile phones from China, Hong Kong and Macao do not support the eSIM function). If the device cannot be used due to compatibility issues, the order will not be canceled or refunded.
- When placing an order, you can go to the website to check whether the mobile phone supports the use of Tmobile IMEI band support query
- Please ensure you provide the
IMEI 2and EID of the phone you wish to bind when placing your order. Once bound, it cannot be replaced. We are unable to verify your phone information or be liable for fees incurred due to your errors. - After this product arrives in the local area according to the selected activation date, the mobile phone will automatically pop up the eSIM installation program. If it has not popped out after the activation time of 10 a.m. Eastern US, please scan the QRCode icon below to install it. If it is no longer available, please contact the supplier’s customer service (LINE: @bubugo)

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- Unlimited calls and text messages; illegal international calls will be suspended by the telecommunications company.
- The phone number provided by this SIM card is a rotating number. It is not recommended to register any account or APP (for example: UBER, Lyft)
- The network card is for short-term use, please do not modify the PIN of the line without authorization. If it is transferred to another telecommunications operator without authorization, causing problems such as unusable lines or card locks, no refunds will be given.

Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- In order to maintain the quality of the network connection and the principle of fair use, using a large amount of data in a short period of time will limit the network connection by the network operator, resulting in the inability to access the Internet or slowing down the Internet speed. If network connection is restricted due to the above circumstances, the customer will be solely responsible for the traffic restriction. To ensure normal use for you and others, it is recommended to avoid watching videos with large traffic online or downloading files, and turn off the automatic update function of your phone.
- If you have previously used this product, please delete the [old eSIM] to ensure the new plan can be successfully installed.

Activation procedure
- The days used are not in 24-hour format. The unified opening time is 10am ET, and the next day will be after 23:59 ET.
- Please be sure to install in an environment with Wi-Fi or mobile network to prevent the phone from crashing or being unable to identify the plan, causing the eSIM plan to fail to be added and deleted.
- If the installation notification does not pop up automatically, please go to "Settings" > "Mobile Services" > "Add to Mobile Plan" to install.
- In rare cases, you may need to scan a QR code or "manually enter detailed information" during the installation process as shown below. Please note that scanning before activation will be invalid.
- Please do not jump out of the screen at will during the activation and joining process to avoid misjudgment by your phone and causing the eSIM plan to be deleted.

- Once the installation is complete, be sure to confirm that other options of action are turned off and only use the T-Mboile eSIM as your primary option.

La eSIM es muy buena. La velocidad es constante y rápida. La cobertura también es amplia. No hay ningún problema con ella.

La velocidad de internet en Estados Unidos es muy estable. No hay lag al subir fotos ni consultar información. Usé unos 25 GB en 9 días y no se ralentizó. Es genial.
Comparto mi experiencia con esta eSIM. En general, ¡ha sido genial! La eSIM funciona bien, pero al principio tuve un problema al no poder activarla. Contacté con atención al cliente (@bubugo on Line, como me indicaron) y me ayudaron mucho. El único problema fue que se comunicaron en chino, así que usé el Traductor de Google para entender la conversación. Al día siguiente, atención al cliente me envió una nueva activación y desde entonces todo ha ido bien. Ten en cuenta que esta eSIM no se activa con un código QR; el proveedor envía la activación el día que selecciones.
La red es 5G, lo cual es muy conveniente. Aunque la eSIM no se instaló automáticamente cuando llegué a Estados Unidos y reiniciar el teléfono varias veces no funcionó, luego logré agregar manualmente una eSIM según las instrucciones de la página.
Es bastante simple y fácil de usar. La recepción solo es deficiente en zonas montañosas como Yosemite. El resto es bastante bueno.
