Additional Information:

  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Monday and return it on a Thursday, you will be charged for 4 days of usage
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
  • If your chosen pickup and return location is at KLIA1, kindly check your SMS or contact Wiyo customer hotline at +6017 888 8201 via WhatsApp or call upon arrival
