Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
  • Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver
  • The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
  • 1 - 5 people Seaters Reference model: Kia Canival （Up to 5 passengers and 5 pieces of 28" luggage）
  • 6 - 8 people Seaters Reference model: Hyundai Grand Starex (6 passengers and 6 pieces of 28" luggage, or 7–9 passengers with carry-on bags only)
  • Each piece of 28" luggage takes up one passenger seat

Itinerary

  • Departure time: Recommended between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
  • Pick-up location: Seoul city or Seoul city hotel.
  • Private chartered time: 10 hours, overtime service fee of 25,000 won/hour will be charged.

Notice

  • If you are bringing luggage, please be sure to note the number and size of the luggage
  • When booking for more than 4 people, please refer to the vehicle capacity limit, and provide the number of passengers, luggage, luggage size, etc. If the reservation content does not meet the requirements, the store has the right to refuse service
  • If the pick-up and drop-off hotels or addresses are different, the time will be counted from the first batch of passengers boarding the bus. If the drop-off locations are different, the timer will end until the last batch of passengers get off

Additional payment

  • Please be sure to fill in the address of the pick-up location correctly when booking. In case of timeout due to wrong address provided, an additional KRW 20,000 will be charged on the spot.
  • According to Korean law, children under the age of 6 must use a car seat. Please indicate the number of car seats you need when booking, and pay the driver on-site (₩15,000/seat) (each car can accommodate up to two car seats)
