• Please select your preferred time slot when making your booking.
• We encourage everyone to arrive 10 mins prior to your selected time slot to facilitate entry into the role-play containers.

How to Participate

Step 01:

• Scan the QR code to purchase a ticket via Klook online, or purchase on-site at Kiztopia Booth at North-West Boulevard (Near TANGS L1).

Step 02:

• Collect a Stamp Card and time slot card at the Kiztopia Booth (which is required to be presented before you enter every role-play container).

Step 03:

• Proceed to Outdoor Plaza and begin your adventure at the selected container Role-play zone on the right side or left side of the zone as per time slot selected.

Step 04:

• Collect KizKash from each role play and exchange them for attractive prizes at KizKash Exchange counter.

Terms & Conditions

• Select your preferred Package when making your booking.
• Package A: Eli’s Workshop, Bell’s Kitchen, Happy’s Mart, Raby’s Clinic OR
• Package B: Mark’s Building Site, Drago’s Post Office, Tiger’s Station, Honey’s Factory
• This is a non-parent/guardian accompanied activity inside the role-play container. Parents may wait for their children at the tentage area.
• Each container can host 8 – 10 kids.
• Role-play is recommended for kids aged 4 – 8 years old.
• Each role-play is about 15 – 20 mins and it comes with a stamp booklet which is valid for the duration of the event.
• The entire experience takes approximately 2 hours for 4 role-play.
• Kids may use their “salaries” (KizKash) earned from the role-play to redeem attractive prizes from the KizKash Exchange Store to bring home!
• Each admission ticket entitles the ticket holder to 4, or 8 role-play as per purchased ticket.
• The ticket holder may not switch with another person or exit the venue during the role-play.

Additional Information

• Admission tickets are non-refundable even in the event of wet weather, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com and the same are duly incorporated herein.
• In the event that the purchaser is procuring the Tickets for a third party, the purchaser shall ensure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents, and/or affiliates have read and agreed to the terms and conditions herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kiztopia.com

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations or refunds can be made, reschedule of slot is subject to availability.
• This event is an all weather event. No refunds will be given for or due to inclement weather.
