• When checking attendees on-site, the checking is confirmed with the reserved 'representative name'
• In principle, the tour voucher must be printed out, but it is also possible to make a screenshot of a mobile phone that clearly shows the important information such as time and place
• Depending on local circumstances, the order and end time of the tour course could be changed
• Refunds are not available for tour cancellations due to personal schedule changes or natural disasters, local accidents, tranportation problems(air, train, bus, etc.)
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by the carelessness of travelers who do not follow the guide & instructions
• Cancellations and refunds are not allowed for non-participation on the day
• The guide's explanations during the tour are intellectual property rights, so you cannot record audios or take videos of guide

• Seats will be determined on the performance day. Please note that the zones & seats cannot be designated in advance
• Baggage checks may be conducted when entering the venue
• Neither the company nor the organizers are reponsible for lost or stolen tickets after ticket is issude.(Tickets cannot be reissued)
