【Sign up】

1. Participants must carefully read the entry terms, rules and arrangements. After submitting the registration, it means that the participants abide by and accept all the entry terms, rules and arrangements introduced by all organizers/event planners hereafter.
2. Participants must ensure that the information on the registration form is correct.
3. Each participant must ensure that his or her physical fitness is suitable to participate in this competition/event. In case of doubt, the organizer/event planner reserves the right to cancel any unsuitable participant, and the relevant person must accept the decision of the organizer/event planner.
4. Participation in the event is voluntary. Participants are willing to bear all risks and responsibilities, and have no right to recover from the organizer/including the conference, event planning and sponsors/supporting organizations self-injury, accident, death or any form of loss claims or accountability.
5. All participants must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians when registering.
6. On-site registration is not accepted for the event, and the organizer/event planner has the right to decide whether to accept the items submitted by the participants.
7. If a participant is found to have participated in more than the specified number, the organizer/event planner will cancel the last event or result of the participant.
8. The organizer/event planner reserves the right to change the deadline for registration without any notice.

[Change registration information]

1. After successful registration, all applicants are non-refundable or transferable, and repeated registration fees will not be refunded.
2. If a participant allows others to use his/her event quota, the participant and the substitute participant will be disqualified from participation and results, and will not be allowed to participate in the remaining events and future activities.
3. If you need to change any registration information, please notify the conference by email. According to the situation, the conference has the right to charge an administrative fee of HK$50 (each time).

【Competition】

1. The rules of the competition are based on the FINA rules (except for the jumping rules).
2. The age groups of the competition events are calculated and arranged according to the date of birth.
3. The location of the race track for the contestants is arranged by the organizer/event planner, and no objection is allowed.
4. Participants must change their clothes, wear swimming caps and have their numbers printed on their bodies before the call.
5. There is no warm-up time on the day of the competition.
6. Competitors must report at the calling place. All events will be called for 3 times. When the organizer/event planner announces the final call, but the contestants have not registered yet, the organizer/event planner will be regarded as a waiver, and the contestants will not be arranged for the competition.
7. a) When taking off, the movement at the bottom of the water must not exceed the fifteen-meter line. b) During the competition, it is not allowed to change other swimming movements suddenly to complete the competition. c) When turning around, the actions at the bottom of the water should not exceed the 15-meter line and turn back by pedaling or kicking the bottom of the pool; if you deliberately grab or pull the water line with your hands, you will be disqualified from the competition. d) When reaching the finish line, the hands must touch the pool to show completion; breaststroke and butterfly must touch the pool with both hands simultaneously.
8. If a competitor commits a foul or steals a step at the start, the race will restart. If a competitor commits another foul or steals a step during the second start, he will be disqualified immediately.
9. There will be no appeals, and all results are subject to the judgment of the referee on the day.
10. Part of the schedule may be changed due to inter-competition circumstances, please pay attention to the announcement of the conference.
11. Participants must abide by the rules in the swimming pool of the organizer/event planner.
12. The organizer has the right to ask the contestants to present their identity documents to verify their identity before the contestants win the award.
13. If the contestant causes the organizer/event planner to pay extra expenses due to vandalism during the competition/event, he must make reasonable compensation to the organizer/event planner.
14. The organizer/event planner reserves the right to cancel the results of anyone who violates, violates or does not abide by any rules of the conference. Registration fees for disqualified participants will not be refunded.
15. The organizer/event planner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the event. In case of any dispute, the organizer/event planner reserves the right of final decision.

【Use of personal data】

1. The organizer/event planner and its agents have the right to use any photos, videos and event records related to the event for any legal purpose, including event promotion.
2. The organizer/event planner, and its entrusted service provider (if any), will use the information provided by the contestants for the following purposes: a) The General Assembly announces the results b) Handle the administrative work of registration, such as confirmation, issuance of receipts, payment notifications, donation records and related event communications, etc. c) record any contact with the entrant d) Prevent and detect fraud or abuse by using this website, and allow third parties to provide technical assistance and logistical work in the name of this website e) To identify users or entrants f) For other lawful purposes required, authorized or permitted by law
3. The personal data provided by the entrants in the application form may be transferred to other organizations for the purposes mentioned above.
4. The organizer/event planner will not rent, exchange or sell identifiable personal information that you voluntarily provide on this website, including email addresses and contact numbers.

【Event Cancellation and Refund】

1. The organizer/event planner reserves the right to cancel or shorten the event for the following reasons: a) bad weather b) Landslips, mudslides, wildfires c) Protest demonstrations or event routes are closed/blocked d) Force majeure, that is, events beyond the control of the organizer/event planner and circumstances that make it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the competition. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, hostilities, aggression, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strike, sabotage, lockout or commotion, outbreak of disease, and acts and threats of terrorism
2. If the above situations occur, the sponsoring unit/event planner will not refund the registration fee (and any charitable donations).
3. The organizer/event planner has the right to modify and interpret the above rules. Any temporary changes or cancellations related to competitions/events will be announced on the event website.

【Health Statement】

1. Participants do not have any of the following common symptoms of COVID-19 novel coronavirus within 14 days before the event date: including fever, fatigue, dry cough, dyspnea, nasal congestion, headache, conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, rash or discoloration of fingers or toes.
2. Participants have not left Hong Kong within 14 days before the date of participation / have left Hong Kong within 14 days before the date of participation but have been exempted from compulsory quarantine by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.
3. The contestant has not had close contact with anyone who has left Hong Kong within 14 days before the date of participation and has not been exempted by the Hong Kong SAR government from compulsory quarantine, especially family members, domestic helpers and drivers.
4. Participants have not had close contact with any person (whether in Hong Kong or overseas) who has been confirmed or suspected to be diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days before the date of participation*. *“Close contact” means direct contact, living in the same household, traveling in the same vehicle or plane, or having close social contact, such as eating together. The above are only some examples for reference. In case of doubt, the Sponsor advises participants to exercise caution by avoiding participation in this event.
5. Participants have not lived in the building where the Center for Health Protection announced a confirmed case of COVID-19 novel coronavirus within 14 days before the date of participation.
6. Participants do not need to be tested for COVID-19 novel coronavirus according to the mandatory testing announcement or instructions / Participants have been tested for COVID-19 novel coronavirus according to the compulsory testing announcement or instructions and the test result is negative.
7. This declaration is submitted before the participation date. If the situation changes later, it should be reported to the organizer before participating in the activity.
8. According to the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Chapter 599), anyone who violates or knowingly provides the above-mentioned false information to the Department of Health commits an offense and is liable to a fine of HK$10,000 and imprisonment for 6 months upon conviction.

【Before participating in the event】

• Participants must maintain good personal hygiene, pay attention to their physical condition, and take their body temperature regularly. If they find that they have the most common symptoms of COVID-19 novel coronavirus, such as fever, fatigue, dry cough and difficulty breathing, or other symptoms including nasal congestion and headache , conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, skin rash or discoloration of fingers or toes, etc., should wear a surgical mask, avoid going to crowded places, and seek medical advice as soon as possible, and should not participate in this activity .

• Hong Kong residents who have been to any overseas countries/regions 14 days before the participation date are subject to compulsory quarantine and should not participate in the activity.
• Always pay attention to the news announced by the government on the COVID-19 novel coronavirus and take corresponding precautionary measures.

【Period of participating in the event】

• Participants must follow the relevant measures of different venues, such as wearing masks and other regulations.
• When participating in activities, participants should follow the government's social distance measures, with no more than four people in each group, and a social distance of at least 1.5 meters between groups should be maintained as much as possible.
• Participants can bring their own drinking water and personal hygiene products.
• Participants should try their best to bring their own sporting goods and equipment (if any) and reduce the use of public items.
• Participants should bring surgical masks, tissues and 70 to 80% alcohol-based hand sanitizer with them.
• Participants must wear masks in the swimming pool, except when swimming in the swimming pool. Competitors must wear masks before entering the water and immediately after entering the water.
• It is important to wear the mask correctly, including maintaining hand hygiene before putting on the mask and after taking it off.
• Always keep your hands clean, especially before touching your mouth, nose or eyes, before eating, after going to the toilet, after touching public facilities such as handrails or doorknobs, when your hands are contaminated by respiratory secretions, after coughing or sneezing, etc. Hands should be cleaned with liquid soap.
• When washing hands, clean hands with liquid soap, rub hands for at least 20 seconds, and dry with paper towels. After washing your hands, do not touch the faucet directly. You should wrap the faucet with a paper towel before turning off the faucet.
• If there are no hand washing facilities, or when the hands are not visibly dirty, it is also effective to clean hands with 70 to 80% alcohol-based hand rub.
• When sneezing or coughing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, wrap the tissue and dispose of it in a dustbin with a lid.
• Pay attention to hygiene when going to the toilet, cover the toilet seat before flushing the toilet water, so as not to spread germs.

【After participating in the event】

*Competitors should clean their shoes before entering the house to avoid bringing viruses and bacteria home.

• After entering the house, wash your hands thoroughly with liquid soap as soon as possible, remove the mask, put the mask in a plastic bag, seal it, and dispose of it in a dustbin with a lid.
• After returning home, change clothes and take a bath immediately, and put on clean home clothes to prevent germs from staying at home.
• Wash your clothes properly.
• Clean the phone surface and phone case with alcohol wet wipes or diluted bleach.
