  • No outside food is allowed, the ticket does not include alcohol, additional purchase is required *Children aged 12 and above are calculated as adult tickets, and children under 12 are free of charge. Please note the number of children in the order
  • Children free of charge must be accompanied by at least 1 adult with a ticket. Each adult can bring up to 2 children free of charge. Please bring your child's ID for future reference, such as a health insurance card, and ask a parent or guardian to take care of you throughout the event
  • This activity is one ticket for one person. With the ticket (Klook voucher), personal ID and E-mail reply letter, you can enter the venue after exchanging the wristband at the entrance. After entering the venue, you will be identified by the wristband. Please be sure to wear the wristband throughout the journey. It is strictly forbidden to take it off, exchange or resell it to others. If it is found that you have not purchased tickets, hold tickets that are not on the same day, or do not wear a bracelet, you will be charged the original fare
  • Please keep the ticket and admission bracelet carefully. If the ticket is lost, damaged or unrecognizable, it will not be reissued, and you cannot ask for admission or reissue the ticket with any voucher

  • If the wristband is lost at the event site, please bring the ticket (Klook certificate), valid ID card and real-link system to log in to the E-mail reply letter, and go to the conference service center to go through the reissuance procedure, and a processing fee of NT$200 will be charged ( Only one reissue per person)
  • The event venue is an open-air venue. In case of weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event
