【Klook Exclusive】Charity Christmas Photography Experience at Harbour City

Access Rules and Regulations

Eligibility

1. Person(s) who wish to participate should register on Klook and allocation is made on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Successful applicants must arrive at the area 15 minutes before the booking time. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
3. A maximum of 4 participants can participate in each experience.
4. Children aged 12 or below are eligible to participate accompanied & supervised by a parent or guardian.
5. Person(s) is (are) prohibited to participate if you are having fever, coughing or respiratory symptoms or are required to undergo a compulsory quarantine now.

Before Access

1. All participants must wear facial mask properly and maintain good personal hygiene practices.
2. Participants must queue to participate in accordance with the instructions of the staff and enter through a specific entrance to participate in designated time slot.
3. Two queues for two photo-taking area are arranged. The staff will arrange participants to the designated area according to the on-site queuing situation. Participants are not allowed to choose the area and no objection is allowed.

Participation Rules

1. Parents or guardians must pay attention to the safety of children.
2. Participants must not drink or eat and shall maintain cleanliness.
3. Only one admission is allowed for each eligible participant. No re-access of the area by another person is allowed with the same quota.
4. Participants must concentrate on the situations in the area and avoid any accidents.
5. Any intentional collision, pushing and other dangerous acts are prohibited. If any of these situations do occur, the participants should notify the staff to handle the situation immediately.
6. Moving, defacing, throwing, damaging or taking away any items in the area are prohibited.
7. Using foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in the area are prohibited.
8. Participants must immediately stop at any time and inform our staff if they experience any adverse health reactions during participation.
9. Participants who attempt to disturb other participants or staff, or participants who refuse to abide by the Rules and Regulations may be asked to leave the area immediately.

Photography Experience

1. Four photo-taking opportunities are provided for each experience. All photos taken will be stored in the cloud and no printing service will be provided. After shooting, please scan the QR code to receive the photos.
2. Please keep the QR Code Card properly to preview and download photos within 14 days from the date of shooting.
3. Any lost or damaged QR Code Card will not be reissued.
4. If the staff may not be able to shoot outdoor due to bad weather, participants can choose to shoot on another date within the validity period.

Departure

1. All participants must leave the area according to the guidance of the staff after photo-taking.

Personal Belongings Arrangement

1. To ensure public safety, participants shall not bring any large baggage or bag, large personal belongings, strollers or any other dangerous items into the area. The staff has the authority to inspect the personal belongings of participants entering the area.
2. Please be responsible for own clothes and personal property during the participation. Harbour City Estates Limited will not be responsible for any stained, damaged, lost or stolen personal items that are brought into the area.

Special Arrangement

1. For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Harbour City Estates Limited may suspend the operation of the area at any time without prior notice.
2. The area will be closed on the issue of Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8. Staff will resume work as soon as practicable after cancellation of the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above. The area will reopen after 2 hours, if situation allows. The staff may also exercise discretion to close the area when, in its opinion, that the area is unsuitable for use from safety or operation point of view.

Others

1. Donation proceeds will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. No donation receipt will be provided.
3. All proceeds will be donated to Hong Kong Blood Cancer Foundation.
4. Participants shall be responsible for death or any injury or for any damage to or loss or destruction of property or any other economic loss or for any consequential loss, in any such case arising from any accident or mishap or otherwise arising from or connected with this activity. Participants shall indemnify and keep indemnified Harbour City Estates Limited against all actions, claims, and demands by any case arising out of or as a result of the use of the facilities.
5. Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to amend terms & conditions or amend & terminate the activities at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
6. In case of any disputes, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right of final decision.
