About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- A deposit of MYR 100 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 350 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up

If you require assistance during the rental period, please contact the operator via WhatsApp text message at +60-102508380, operator's support is available daily from 08:00 to 24:00 (GMT +8 time zone)
Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 20/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required

Reservé un dispositivo WiFi de bolsillo a través de Klook para mi viaje y fue una excelente decisión. El proceso de recogida fue muy práctico y el dispositivo estuvo listo para usar desde el primer momento. No tuve problemas para mantenerme conectado para navegar, actualizarme en las redes sociales y consultar correos electrónicos del trabajo.
Me llevó un tiempo encontrar el área de reclamo en KLIA2, pero en general, el rendimiento del wifi de bolsillo fue excelente. Aquí hay algunas fotos que tomamos en la hermosa Kuala Lumpur.
¡Muy recomendable! Lo usé durante 5 días. 3 personas compartieron datos de Unli. No experimenté ninguna desaceleración durante el uso. Muy asequible. El reclamo y la devolución fueron rápidos y eficientes. No se requiere depósito por la unidad. Lo reclamé en el centro de operaciones de la terminal 2. ¡Imprescindible para buscar en Google Maps! También lo usé para cargar fotos de inmediato.
La velocidad de Internet fue rápida. ¡Lo usamos en Malasia y Singapur y no tuvimos ningún problema! También fue fácilmente recogido incluso a las 2 de la madrugada.

Tuvimos que transferirnos de KLIA 2 a KLIA 1 para recoger nuestro wifi, solo para descubrir que la recogida de KLIA 2 estaba abierta. Está situado en la parte trasera de la recepción de las cápsulas para dormir, sólo hay que pasar por allí. Nuestra conexión es excelente para Malasia y Singapur. ¡Es muy asequible también! Solo usamos hasta 20 GB en los dos dispositivos que alquilamos. Definitivamente consideraremos el roaming en nuestros otros viajes. ¡Gracias! 🫶🏼
Funcionó muy bien durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos en Kuala Lumpur. Fue un poco difícil encontrarlo, ya que era nuestra primera vez en Kuala Lumpur y tuvimos que pedirle ayuda a un guardia de seguridad. Y nuestro conductor nos estaba esperando, así que teníamos un poco de prisa. También fue difícil abrir mi aplicación Klook para mostrar mi reserva, pero primero tuve que conectarme al wifi del aeropuerto. Esos fueron los únicos problemas, ¡el wifi era genial! Definitivamente los usaría nuevamente cuando regrese a Malasia 🇲🇾. Terima Kasih.
Tuvimos buena señal durante todo nuestro viaje de 9 días: fuimos a KL, Penang, Malacca. No tuve ningún problema con la señal. Muy fácil de reclamar en el área de salida: su quiosco está justo al otro lado de Din Tai Fung y Dunkin Donut. Solo necesita hacer un depósito de RM100.
