  • WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
  • Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • The price shown is for 30 days rental
  • All rate charged is for 30 activation days. Even though you return it less than 30 days, same charged still apply
  • A deposit of IDR 300,000 will be refunded 4 days process after the device is returned

Activation procedure

  • Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 30 seconds to search for a network
  • Step 2: After the device is connected, search the SSID and input the password as shown on the body of the device, to connect to the device
  • Step 3: Data usage detail can be checked by accessing http://usage.travelwifi.id through your browser
  • Step 4: Press the power button once to show battery and signal indicator

Delivery information

  • Your WiFi device will be delivered to you 1 day(s) after your booking is confirmed
  • Receive your deposit refund when you return the device
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: IDR2,000,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: IDR100,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: IDR30,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of manual: IDR30,000

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
