Firstly, I did not get to experience this activity on 9th May, I received an email 2 days before (7th May) my booking date to say that the hotel will be closed as they are helping the government in isolation or whatever reasons. Will a hotel be known of this ONLY 2 DAYS BEFORE? I wouldn't know and this is not within my control nor the hote. The part where I am disgusted is how Klook chooses to resolve this. They gave me 3 options 1) Change the stay date 2) Choose a different staycation/product since are using our Singapore vouchers 3) Refund the NON SDV portion Sub point 1 - what the &%$^ is with option 3? With no fault of the buyer, you are eating our vouchers?!!! Sub point 2 - For option 2, they said they will take 2 weeks to process? Do you seriously need 2 weeks to process a booking when I already gave you my alternative options? If you are expecting a lot of cancellations or postponements, it is basic procedures to handle those bookings that are occurring the soonest! My booking is in 2 days for god's sake! I am also in the service industry and I am trained and taught to handle urgent requests within 24 hours! And a company like Klook cannot? What team are you guys hiring then? ok EVEN if you cannot process my request within 24 hours, as I am writing this, it is 13th May, NONE of your team bother to reply my various emails. Is it so hard to send an email ' we have received your request, please give us up to 2 weeks as stated to process it' is it that hard? If so, please let your management team replace your entire team or get someone who is willing to attend to a customer more sincerely.

no frills and customer service was almost non existence. overall not a bad experience. The mothers day deal was worthy though.
Habitaciones bonitas y cómodas. La ubicación es de fácil acceso, ya que está justo encima de la estación de mrt de outram park. A poca distancia a pie de Chinatown y en las inmediaciones de muchos cafés también. En cuanto al baño, es un poco pequeño para moverse fácilmente. Un pequeño problema que encontré en una de mis habitaciones fue al hacer el registro de entrada, había una botella de agua vacía dentro de la ducha y pedí más almohadas, pero tardaron 2,5 horas y otra llamada de seguimiento para que alguien finalmente subiera a retirarla. esa botella y manda las almohadas
Personal amable y servicial. Habitación comoda. El baño y la ducha son ligeramente exprimidos para un embarazo. De lo contrario diría que todo está bien 👍🏻
Reserve esta habitación para la celebración del cumpleaños de mi amigo. Recibí pastel de cortesía hasta una solicitud. Debido al tamaño de la habitación, solo se permiten 2 personas en la habitación. Lo que nos causa algunos inconvenientes para decorar la habitación. En general, el hotel es muy accesible pero necesita una renovación en el exterior.

Excelente lugar para una estadía cerca de Chinatown, Tanjong Pagar y Tiong Bahru. Mimado por opciones en cafés y restaurantes cercanos. Sin embargo, 0 estrellas para el soporte de klook, incluso después del seguimiento, klook no pudo proporcionar una respuesta antes de mi viaje.
