Lo bueno: confrontación instantánea. Pedí dos tarjetas y ambas me las entregaron en mi hotel antes de que yo llegara. El servicio de atención al cliente respondió después de unas horas. Lo malo: subí mi pasaporte con anterioridad por lo que al parecer no activaba las tarjetas. Proceso de activación muy complicado. Espere usar la tarjeta al día siguiente, no inmediatamente. No estaba claro cómo activar. Una vez que probé todos los números que pude encontrar en los paquetes, el sitio web vuelve a pedir una foto de pasaporte y luego no pasa nada. Sin confirmación, sin correo electrónico, nada. Se supone que sucederá cuando lo confirmen, pero no se sabe cuándo. El soporte finalmente pudo confirmar la tarjeta. Una vez que la tarjeta está activa, la calidad es muy mala. Ambas tarjetas en teléfonos separados en Beijing y Shanghái tenían los mismos problemas. El celular cae cada pocos minutos y a menudo requiere un reinicio para usarlo nuevamente.
