Booking guidelines

  • To ensure the items needed are available for your trip, please make a reservation ahead of time
  • Before picking up your device, please read the user manual
  • Damage fees will apply if the items are found to be damaged when returned. The fees will be first deducted from the deposit, you need to pay extra if the damages exceeds the deposit amount. Handle all items with care to prevent any additional charges. List of surcharges may be found in this link
  • The charge per device is fixed for the date range listed (ie. The rate when you select 1-4 days (per device) is fixed regardless of whether you will only be using the device for 1 day)
  • The pick up/collection and return date is not included in the date range listed (ie. If you select 1-4 days rental, you may collect the device on 1 June, use the device from 2-5 June, and return the device on 5 June)
  • To return the device, a delivery service needs to be arranged during the device collection (amounting to SGD5). The deliveryman will pick up the device from your address on the designated return date
  • You must sign the inspection form declaring that you are the one responsible for taking care of and maintaining the device or equipment
  • A security deposit is needed before collection and it will be refunded upon returning the device: DJI Mavic 2 Pro (SGD800), DJI Mavic Air (SGD400), DJI Mavic Mini (SGD200), DJI Spark (SGD200), DJI Osmo Action (SGD150), DJI Osmo Pocket (SGD200), DJI Osmo Mobile 3 (SGD80), DJI Osmo Mobile 2 (SGD60), GoPro Hero 8 Black (SGD200), GoPro Hero 7 Black (SGD150), GoPro Hero 6 Black (SGD100)

  • Please note that this service is only available for pass holders in Singapore only (Citizen, SPR, Working Adult, Student and etc.)
  • You will be required to present your valid ID/passport upon pick up
