• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email

Scheduling:

• Daytime: 8:00am-10:00pm
• Evening: 10:00pm-8:00am
• Please note that a cash fee of KRW20,000 will be charged for evening pick ups

Additional Information:

• The number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 5 (e.g. 3 passengers should take no more than 2 standard size luggage)
• Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 28" will be considered 2 pieces

Surcharges:

• For airport pick ups, a waiting time of up to 90 minutes is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 minutes after flight arrival time, a cash charge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver. The driver will wait a maximum of 150 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises
• For airport drop offs, a waiting time of up to 30 minutes is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 30 minutes after departure time, a cash charge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver
• A cash fee of KRW20,000 will be collected by the driver for meet/pick ups after 10:00pm (please note that this fee may be charged if your flight arrival is after 10:00pm)
• If you need to stop at other sites on the way to or from the airport, a charge of KRW20,000 will be collected in cash by the driver
