Fácil de usar. El ferry es un paquete de pedacitos sin asiento numerado. Hay que ser rápido para ir en ferry y tomar un buen asiento.
Servicio maravilloso y eficiente por parte del vendedor que se comunicó conmigo directamente para organizar los boletos, aunque era una compra de último minuto y necesitaba ciertos cambios en los boletos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Nada espectacular en general. Gracias a Dios que el tío del estacionamiento nos recordó que obtuviéramos la tarjeta de embarque en el mostrador de Blue Water. El cupón electrónico no funciona.
Muy conveniente y rápido, como si esperara el último minuto para tomar sus boletos, puede que no haya más espacio ...
Reservamos para el ferry de las 9.30 am, pero abordamos alrededor de las 9.55 am porque había demasiada gente y tenemos que esperar otro ferry, que creo que se puede mejorar la puntualidad. El proceso de emisión de boletos no es eficiente también porque solo verifican después de que todos los pasajeros estén sentados, no al ingresar. Para los viajeros en grupo, solo una persona tendrá los boletos para todos los miembros y, dado que se trata de asientos libres, puede ser difícil señalar qué personas viajan conmigo, ya que todas están sentadas en lugares diferentes. Obtienes lo que pagaste, así que por el precio que pagué es aceptable. Sin embargo, consideraré optar por otro operador de ferry que sea más caro a cambio de un mejor servicio y un entorno más cómodo.
