Eligibility
- This offer is not available for Malaysian passport holders
Booking guidelines
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- A deposit of MYR350 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
- You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
- There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
Return Procedure:
- Return the device to your selected drop off point
- Device data usage is unlimited and a Fair Usage Policy is applicable
- For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order
Additional information
- Please note that the pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period, any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of MYR15 per day
- The 4G speed will be reduced to 3G after you pass the 3GB usage, and will return to a 4G speed at 00:00, the next day
Country Fair Usage Policy
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
