Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
Booking Requirements
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Please indicate your preferred pick-up time, pick-up location, and contact number at the checkout page. Kindly activate your international roaming to ensure you can be contacted by the operator
- According to Belgian law, all children aged 0-12 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children (surcharge applies)
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
