  • Premium Altis: Group of 4 passengers; can accommodate up to 2 standard luggage weight
  • Standard Innova: Group of 7 passengers; can accommodate up to 4 standard luggage weight
  • Standard Van: Group of 10 passengers; can accommodate up to 7 standard luggage weight

Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Weight: No single bag may weigh more than 30kg or 66lbs. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • Extra fees may apply for oversized and extra luggage. Please pay directy to the driver
  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags can be accommodated. Please indicate this upon checkout
  • Oversized baggage such as the balikbayan box is equivalent to 2-3 luggages. Due to the size of the balikbayan box, please request assistance from a porter at NAIA to assist in loading the box. Any damage to the items will not be shouldered by the operator
  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit

Servicio muy eficiente, la espera no fue larga, incluso tenía un banco privado para que me sentara y esperara hasta que llegara el automóvil, no podía criticar la calidad del servicio del conductor y era muy fácil de encontrar.

Llegue alerta El vuelo de la mañana de las 4 a. m. Alamo es difícil de encontrar. Salga y cruce la calle y baje al siguiente nivel. Pequeño stand de Woden pero sin personal a mi hora de llegada. Lame que tenía una tarjeta SIM y encontré un número en mis correos electrónicos que fue respondido rápidamente. El coche llegó rápido, pero era viejo y olía un poco. El conductor se perdió un poco en cuanto a la ubicación exacta del hotel. No tenía GPS. En general, a esa hora del día, sospecho que un taxi o un taxi serían más baratos y rápidos.

The driver arrived on time and helped with baggage. Since it was early Sunday morning, the Manila traffic was much lighter than usual. He drove safely, but that where the good trip ended. Klook had asked us to verify our flight details, airline, flight number and time. We pulled up to the terminal, got out, tipped the driver well, and off he drove. Then we proceeded towards the terminal, only to be told after showing our e-tickets, our flight was out of terminal #4. We had to take another cab to get there. Fortunately for us, we were plenty early, and easily made the flight. KLOOK - if you ask to verify flight information, pass it onto the driver, so he can take the passengers to the correct terminal!

Bad experience. driver no show. Had to call him and he had no idea which terminal I am , even tho he had my flight details. Didnt respond to SMS , and had to call him on the phone. When I informed the driver that I was at T3, his reply was, " I am in Terminal 1" I think the driver expected me to walk to T1 instead of him driving to me at T3. And to make matters worse, he could not locate the hotel. Drove around twice.
