El agente del autobús envía un recordatorio/notificación 1 día antes a través de whatsapp. El autobús llegó y salió a tiempo. La persona a cargo (personal y conductor) es muy servicial y educada. Las instrucciones del personal son muy claras. El autobús también es cómodo. En general... disfruto mucho este viaje. Gran experiencia. Buen negocio. Will compró de nuevo.
Es realmente simple y una buena oferta viajar de JB a USS para la familia y los niños. El conductor del autobús fue de gran ayuda para guiarnos durante el control de inmigración y el viaje fue agradable ya que no necesitábamos estar en la fila para el boleto de USS.

Los autobuses son muy cómodos y la persona a cargo es muy útil con el itinerario del día. La información es muy clara. El autobús llegó y partió a tiempo. Realmente disfrutamos el juego dentro del USS y ya no tenemos que preocuparnos por el transporte.

Le daría 5 estrellas si la recogida en autobús y el cambio de billetes se hubieran gestionado eficientemente. El agente de tierra local que organizó la recogida en autobús y la entrega del billete de USS llegó 15 minutos tarde. Por lo demás, todo lo demás fue perfecto. Un autobús limpio y cómodo. El conductor llegó puntual tanto a la recogida en JB como a nuestro regreso de USS.
