El coche era nuevo y agradable. Eso es lo único positivo. El conductor NO hablaba inglés. El conductor no se detuvo en ningún lugar del camino. Repetidamente le pedí que se detuviera en las tiendas de tejidos, pero ni siquiera reconoció mis solicitudes. El conductor tampoco leyó Lao ya que el traductor de Google fue un error. El conductor no estuvo de acuerdo con la reserva de Klook de que era por 8 horas. El conductor no nos dejó comprar en paz. Nos apuraba a todos lados porque estaba aburrido. La subagencia de Klook es patética. No compartirían un número donde pudiera llamarlos. Me dieron repetidamente el número de la línea directa de Singapur. Seguían insistiendo en que les escribiera. No respondieron a tiempo a mis mensajes. Escribí un mensaje ayer a las 3 pm y me respondieron esta mañana. Dio una respuesta genérica de que se disculpan por las molestias. Recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquier turista que venga a Luang Prabang que evite Klook y su subcontratista, Lao Smile, si quiere pasar un momento relajante. Destruyó mi día. Patético.
