- The SIM card will be sent to your hotel's front desk before your arrival
- Kindly show your passport to the front desk staff for verification. Once done, you may pick up your SIM card
- Please note: If you do not receive the SIM Card from the desk staff, please contact the operator as soon as possible. The operator’s customer service hotline can be found on your voucher
- Airbnb Delivery
- The SIM card will be sent to your Airbnb on your date of arrival
- The operator will coordinate the delivery time with you in advance
