- SIM cards are generally available
- Data will start upon activation of the SIM card (putting the SIM card in the phone) and will end based on the number of days the customer subscribed to. Example: Customer activated the SIM on a Thursday at 10:00am and bought the 5 days worth of data, then the SIM will expire on Tuesday 10:00am
- This offer is a Data Only SIM card. Calling and texting will not be possible with a data SIM
- Once you’ve reached the maximum volume allocation, internet speed will drop to 3G with unlimited data
- SIM cards are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- Only works with open line phones SIMs are not compatible with closed or network-locked phones

International Fair Usage Policy:
- 4G WiFi Fair Use Policy: If the daily data limit has been reached, the speed will throttle down and will change to 3G
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited or throttled at the discretion of the telecommunications company of the country of destination
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
- Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

Delivery Procedure:
- Time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
- Indicate your complete delivery information upon checkout. The SIM card will be delivered to your doorstep at least 2 days before your departure
- You must present your voucher to the driver upon picking up the SIM card
- Delivery lead time: within Metro Manila 2 to 3 days
- For outside metro manila deliveries, please book your SIM card at least 7-10 business days prior to your travel date
SIM Card Activation Procedure:
- Plug in the SIM card in your phone. Your phone will automatically connect to the network
- All SIM Cards are preconfigured to be plug and play
- Should there be any issues in activation email info@bigskynation.com
SIM Card Validity
- The validity of the data package will begin on the date of activation by the customer and will be valid based on the number of days purchased by the customer.
- If the activation is delayed, please note that the validity period will not be extended.
Manual Activation Procedure
Android APN Setting
- Insert SIM in the card slot
- Go to Settings > General > Mobile Networks > switch on Cellular Data and Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
- Go to Cellular Data Network > Access Point Names (or APN) and set APN to the APN of your destination country
iOS APN Setting
- Insert SIM in the card slot
- Settings > Mobile Networks > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
- Go to Settings > Cellular Network > set APN to the APN of your destination country
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date

Siempre fiable y fácil de activar. Sin la molestia de cargar un WiFi de bolsillo ni la necesidad de devolverlo después de su uso. La SIM de viaje más asequible hasta ahora. Te da la opción de gastar lo mínimo en datos móviles en el extranjero, que de todos modos es solo para respaldo, ya que el hotel tiene WiFi y algunos lugares también ofrecen WiFi gratuito.
Lo he aprovechado innumerables veces. Siempre fue confiable y asequible. También la mejor opción para mí, ya que no tengo capacidad ESim. Conectar y usar. No hay problema en absoluto.
Mi tercera o cuarta vez que utilizo esto. Confiable y fácil de usar. Esta vez también fueron flexibles al enviarme el pedido a naia3 en lugar de la entrega a domicilio. Espero aprovecharlo nuevamente en el futuro.
Entregado con un abrigo fuera del pago de Klook. En nuestro caso, dado que estamos cerca de su oficina, el cargo fue otro P80.00 además del pago de Klook. Sim es de HK Telcom Operator (HK-SMC) que se asocia con JP Telco. Trabajó durante este viaje a Nagoya. En nuestro próximo viaje a Osaka en junio, tuvimos problemas para conectarnos. El número de contacto en el sobre de soporte/BigSky Nation era erróneo: faltaba un dígito, por lo que no puede comunicarse con ellos. Necesitas buscar su contacto. Me entregaron la tarjeta SIM dos semanas antes de mi vuelo. La conecté cuando llegué a Japón y funcionó. No tuve problemas de conectividad.
Recibí la tarjeta SIM un día antes de nuestro vuelo, y con poca expectativa, también cargué mi sim local si en caso de que Snappy no funcionara. Pero para mi sorpresa, funciona perfectamente y está listo para VPN, por lo que podemos acceder a Facebook, Instagram y YouTube mientras estamos en China. ¡Altamente recomendado!
Muy bueno. Plug and play. No tuve ningún problema. La conexión a Internet fue muy rápida. Además, la entrega fue muy rápida. Entrega en cuestión de horas (2 horas) desde que se realizó el pedido.
