Activation procedure
- The SIM card must be activated within 90 day(s) after pick up. It is strongly recommended to activate your SIM card as soon as you arrive at your destination to avoid any instances of failed activation
- Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using your SIM
- Please see the instructions in the manual that comes in with the SIM card package

- No cancellations, or refunds can be made
- Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the simcard

Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- This SIM package includes call and SMS which will be 9GB + 100 THAI BHAT for calls
- All SIM cards have a maximum of 9GB consummable data within 8 days. Internet speed will drop at 3G with unlimited data once all volume allocation has been used up
- 2G phones or below are not supported for this SIM card package
- For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card

Recibió la tarjeta SIM 1-2 días después de realizar la reserva. La cobertura estuvo bien y los miembros de mi familia están satisfechos con esto. Visité Bangkok, Khao Kho y Khao Yai durante enero de 2020, solo una cobertura deficiente en la montaña, pero otros lugares están bien. El precio es más barato que el aeropuerto. Si compramos en el aeropuerto nos cuesta 299 baht. De fácil instalación, con alguna pauta en mandarín.

La experiencia de la línea de datos 4G se considera estable en Koh Samui. No tenemos ningún problema para conectarnos en el punto turístico. El precio de esta tarjeta SIM es razonable y viene con un paquete de 15 GB. Definitivamente compraremos la tarjeta SIM nuevamente en nuestro próximo viaje a Tailandia
