  • Location: Delivery is available across India. One day delivery in metro cities and up to 3 days for delivery to other cities and remote areas
  • You will need to send across a scanned copy of your passport and visa on the email given on the confirmation voucher on successful booking of this activity
  • The SIM card will be mailed to your address in India
  • Kindly indicate your complete delivery details upon check out. For hotel deliveries, the SIM card will be delivered at the reception of your hotel
  • The SIM card will be pre-activated and ready to use provided you scan and send the listed documents to the vendor on time
  • Presently we do not have SIM delivery available at the airport

Activation procedure

  • Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using the SIM

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the sim card

Usage reminder

  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • You will need to send across a scanned copy of your passport and visa on the email given on the confirmation voucher on successful booking of this activity for issuance of SIM card
  • The SIM card is pre-activated and the validity of the SIM begins as soon as it is inserted into the phone*
  • The SIM card is valid only on the number of days indicated on the selected plan upon booking. If you wish to extend the validity of the SIM, please make another purchase
  • All SIM card plans have a maximum of 3GB consummable data per day. Internet speeds will drop once all volume allocation has been used up (total of 60GB in 20 days)
  • IMPORTANT: Please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you, 1-2 days for major metro cities and 3-4 days for delivery in remote locations in India
  • The SIM card will be pre-activated. If you run out of data, simply top-up your card online on the mobile networks official website or at any local recharge shops
  • Network speeds may vary in remote areas
