Worst experience. Driver did not arrive on time. Waited for more than 2hrs and he did not turn up. He didn’t bother to text/call to update us in his eta. Had to get a refund in the end

El automóvil llegó a tiempo y fue un viaje largo hasta Ubud, ya que estaba muy lejos. Conducción cómoda y segura para que todo vaya bien sin problemas graciassss
Muy cómodo y puntual. Aunque nuestra ubicación de entrega está muy lejos y no es conveniente para los automóviles, aún así fue muy paciente para buscar formas de ir allí.
Nos vamos de Jimbaran. El conductor está esperando en el vestíbulo del hotel antes de la hora prevista. Gracias por permitirnos llegar a Kuta sin problemas.
La actitud del conductor fue muy buena y estaba dispuesto a cooperar si solicitaba una salida anticipada si hacía una solicitud temporal. A la vuelta pedimos parar en el supermercado y el conductor no se quejó, lo recomiendo mucho. Aunque no hay indicador de Klook para el auto, no hubo problema en contactarme a través de WhatsApp porque lo proporcionamos primero.
El conductor llegó 30 minutos antes y nos esperó mientras salíamos del hotel. Estuve en contacto a través de WhatsApp todo el tiempo. ¡Gran servicio!

As Kuta was busy they couldn’t drop us there so we asked to be dropped in seminyak instead, this is £1 extra on here but they insisted we had to pay 200k which is equivalent £11, I said there must be some mistake and it must be 20k as this is more like £1 but they said no and insisted we had to pay 200k. Even though we had discussed and agreed prior to pick up they didn’t mention the extra charge beforehand or even at the start of the journey, they mentioned last minute before we were about to be dropped off which I thought was a real con and underhanded. You should not use this untrustworthy taxi firm again. Therefore please can you refund me the £10 that I was unfairly ripped off by and was made to pay.
