Experiencia muy positiva con este traslado privado. El coche parecía nuevo, el aire acondicionado era fresco y cómodo, y llegamos a nuestro destino antes de la hora prevista. ¡Gran conductor!

Reservé un traslado desde la ciudad de Sanur al aeropuerto de Denpasar. Recibí un correo electrónico 2 días antes del viaje, que fue subcontratado a una empresa de transporte local. Seguí las instrucciones allí para enviar un correo electrónico al operador subcontratado sobre mi dirección de recogida actualizada. Este operador nunca respondió a mi correo electrónico, hasta que los llamé para hacer un seguimiento. Cuando llegó el conductor, me dijo el peaje hasta el aeropuerto. No preparé esta cantidad de dinero y le dije que tomara una ruta sin peaje. Luego me dijo que tenía que pagar la tarifa de devolución en el aeropuerto. ¡Agradecería que este operador me dijera el peaje y la tarifa por teléfono en lugar del último minuto del viaje!
