Luggage Information
- The transfer includes one bag or suitcase per passenger seat. All luggage must be declared upon booking. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger is liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles are required to transport excess luggage
- Each declared luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes: based on a maximum combined size of 62 inches or 158cm length + width + height. There’s no maximum weight restriction for this service

- Waiting Fees - Surcharges may apply after a waiting time of 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time
- Please note that these vehicles are for reference only. You will not be able to choose a specific car unit upon booking. It will be assigned to you according to availability and number of passengers sharing the transfer
- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- Please note: The service runs rine or shine. In case of cancellations on the operator's end, the customer will be offered a full refund
- Child seats are free of charge for all vehicles. Please indicate the number of children who will be needing child seats in the space provided at checkout
- Food and drinks are not allowed for consumption inside the vehicle
- The vehicles are not accessible to disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users) and infants in strollers. Kindly note that they must be fold-able so they can be accommodated
- Special luggage, such as golf bags or skis, can be transported free of charge; please indicate the quantities upon check out
- Passengers are allowed to bring their pets on board. Kindly indicate if you are traveling with your pet upon check out
- The driver will wait up to 1 hour for airport pick ups. If your flight is delayed, please contact the customer service for assistance. If the other passengers are delayed more than 1 hour, you will be taken to your destination

El viaje muy fácil y sin problemas del aeropuerto al hotel se sintió seguro viajando solo
El chofer llega temprano al hotel para esperar a los huespedes, y su actitud es muy amable.Es una muy buena opcion para el recojo del aeropuerto
No fue recogido, así que terminé tomando un taxi al aeropuerto. Solo puse la dirección del lugar de recogida cuando hice la reserva y no puse el tiempo. Envié mensajes de KLOOK indicando la hora en que quiero que me recojan, pero nunca obtuve una respuesta. Envié un segundo mensaje y todavía no recibí una respuesta. Esperé la fecha y la hora, pero no me recogieron, así que tomé un taxi.
