- Please note: When arriving at Padang Bai from the Gili Islands, please proceed to your free drop service which will be waiting in the main square about 20m from the jetty. Only follow instructions by Golden Queen staff in official uniform, holding signs which say "Golden Queen". You may need to be proactive in asking for clear directions from them. This can be an uncomfortable situation for some customers, but unfortunately, Golden Queen is unable to prohibit local drivers from coming on to the jetty in this manner

Como llegamos antes de la hora de recogida y esperamos, pudimos embarcar enseguida sin esperas, aunque no había aire acondicionado, el barco era más cómodo de lo esperado. Más bien, fue agradable que el número de personas a bordo fuera razonable en comparación con una empresa que era demasiado grande, por lo que no estaba abarrotado y pude ocupar mucho espacio.
