compró los boletos en línea para mañana 20Dec pero accidentalmente puso una fecha incorrecta hoy 19Dec. Chatee con el servicio al cliente en línea desde el extranjero. el servicio al cliente estaba dispuesto a ayudar a verificar pero respondió que los boletos no se pueden usar. Afortunadamente, fui al mostrador del funicular e intenté canjear los boletos y pude canjearlos a pesar de que la fecha es incorrecta.
