- You can modify the pick up time within 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Klook's customer service for inquiries
- If you fail to pick up the device within 24 hours of your booked time, the phone might be rented to another client
- Failure to return the smartphone on time will incur an additional charge of EUR200
- Please inform the operator in advance if you will fail to return the device on time due to unforseen circumstances. Otherwise, the operator will consider it as loss or stolen and your card will be charged with EUR200
- If you would like to extend your rental period, please inform the operator at least 48 hours prior the scheduled return time

¡El teléfono funciona bien! ¡Fácil de usar! La recepción es buena.
Es la mejor opción para alquilar este dispositivo donde te conectas mientras estás en París. También lo usé en Bélgica y está funcionando. Vale la pena el dinero que pagaste. Obtienes 2 gb por día y ni siquiera lo termino. ¡Esto es realmente imprescindible!
Easy to use however phone settings configured is complicated and we might easily exceed the given amount of data, or accidentally use data roaming when out of EU.

Easy pick up and phone worked effectively. Lasted the whole day without charge and has fast internet while using as hotspot.
El teléfono móvil fue muy útil, Internet fue rápido. Funciona incluso en el metro. También tiene una cámara decente y una batería de larga duración. El único contratiempo es que elegí un servicio de devolución prepago por correo, pero aún así me pidieron dinero en efectivo cuando devolví la unidad a pesar de tener un sobre prepago y un sello postal que ya estaba pagado.

We arrived at the Orly Airport and went to the Tourism Info Desk to pick up the wifi, however, they couldn't find my reservation. The person at the desk called his supervisor and sent a photo of the voucher to him. He said that they don't carry the product there and cannot do anything about it. I never got the travel smartphone and just wasted my money.
Excellent customer service, but there are some areas where the signal were so weak..
Súper fácil de levantar el teléfono en CDG, siempre que solicite un teléfono INSIDR, no un dispositivo wifi. La conexión a Internet es bastante estable salvo las veces que hay que reiniciar el teléfono para volver a conectarse. Máximo de 7 compartiendo los datos al mismo tiempo y la velocidad sigue siendo buena. Esta oferta tiene una buena relación calidad-precio y la recomiendo encarecidamente.
